Approximately 20 – 30 deliveries are completed on a daily basis. Each delivery is usually made up of, but not limited to, 2 to 5 items (i.e. desks, bookcases, files, chairs, etc.,)

We are presently running (2) 24’ bobtail trucks with liftgates and (1) 15’ Innercity van. All trucks have wooden floors & with wood slats on the sides for securing furniture.

Each truck is assigned a driver who is responsible for -

· his assistant

· product being loaded on his truck

· his delivery paperwork

· equipment

· keeping the cab & the cargo area clean

All trucks are serviced & fueled at the local Penske Facility in Fort Worth. They are scheduled to be washed a minimum of once a week at the same facility.

Each truck is equipped with a minimum of –

· three (3) dozen furniture pads

· four 4-wheelers

· one (1) panel cart

· cleaning & `touch-up’ kit

· first-aid kit
