| The following are some of the responsibilities and guidelines that are required to be followed by our Project Managers
· Review plans, specifications list & Work Order documents
· Meeting(s) with Furniture Dealer’s administrative representative
to discuss Project (i.e. shipping information, etc.,)
· Attend construction progress meetings
· Complete site inspection for field measurement verifications, site conditions, data/voice & electrical locations and delivery conditions (i.e. dock, elevators, etc.,)
· Pre-installation meeting with Field Supervisors to define scope of work
· Interfacing with Field Supervisors and other trades during installation
· Interfacing with Furniture Dealer’s representative to update on Project progress
· Involved in final walk-thru with Dealer’s representative & End-User’s representative & creating punchlist (if applicable)
· Complete installation of punchlist items (if applicable)
