In addition, there are secondary furniture lines, such as, Hon, BPI, Falcon, National and others, that we handle on a daily basis.

Scheduling of all day-to-day & Project work is completed by office staff. An Account Manager is assigned to each Dealer. The primary responsibility of this individual is to interface between the Field Supervisors, Warehouse Supervisor & our contact at the Dealership(s).

“Soft” scheduling for small (5 – 15 workstation) to medium (15 – 45) size projects are completed at a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to commencement date. “Hard” scheduling is completed (1) week prior to commencement date. Please add one (1) additional week for larger projects (45 +).

All installers are uniformed with TX shirts. Individuals who have a preference to wear a cap, must wear a TX issued cap. During the colder months of the year, our employees also wear TX issued jackets.

Periodically we complete in-house product training. This allows us to share any new information from the manufacturers with the men in the field.
